Creative and diligent, our Creative Producer Roshni is also an Editor who packs a punch on the editing table. With many years of experience ranging from TVCs, visual promotions and features, she gets into the craft of editing to help tell stories. Directors, agencies and clients love working with her and why not! With her attention to detail and sense of discipline to deliver on time, she is one lady who knows what she’s doing and a huge asset to the Milkshake team.

The back bone of our company, Dubai born and raised Sandy is built for production. Casting, logistics, management, production and post – she makes the most daunting tasks look simple.

What’s the color of money? No one knows better than Glen and no one better than Glen knows how to handle it. From the daily grind to annual forecasts she is our multitasking queen of numbers. Being nice to people in Accounts is always advisable, but with Glen it comes naturally.

Resourceful Riyas is our go-to guy handling the office and making our lives easier. With his cheerful attitude, he’s never short of smiles. Don’t let that fool you, there’s hardly a thing that RR can’t get his head around!

Born in Dubai, a young graduate of the School of Mewology, this guy likes to work behind the scenes.

Hisham Ramadan is a media professional with 17 years of experience in leading International Broadcasting and Media companies.

He is a respected senior of our team. His stellar achievement has been awarded time and again. He holds a BA in Visual Communications and enjoys food and car racing.

Fun sized Simran has the depth of a 520mm lens and the sharpness of a nanotech needle. Inspired by Kubrick and Anderson, cinematic excellence is her pursuit in everything she does without losing the cost realities which is the hallmark of a true Producer at heart. Degreed and pedigreed in film, young Simran has the ingredients that make us Milkshakers proud to have her on our side.

Taking on the challenge of business development, Danica is a great asset to our company. From coordinating production details to client management, she is more than a pretty face. With a tenacious attitude that is becoming of our company culture, she gets things done efficiently and effectively. Having a degree in interior design and being a part time model definitely helps. But most importantly, it’s her ability to make sure the creative vision is fulfilled while balancing the business needs of each project, is what makes her a pro.

Fade is our new senior Producer heralding a fresh approach to production. All things production come easily to Fade, but her true magic unfolds when she makes it look effortless. Armed with a degree in Filmmaking and more than 10 years of experience Fade delivers with a no-nonsense, yes-can-do attitude that Directors and clients love.
